On this day, Kitty and I returned to the Tate in London to partake in this cool exhibition where you were given either pink or blue paint, a paintbrush, and free rein to paint whatever you like on these giant canvases. We got the colour blue that day, and so we painted a whale!

I was actually impressed at how well it turned out. I started out painting the outline and immediately messed up, so Kitty did a good job of fixing it and helped in whatever small ways I could and gave the painting some small personality touches, such as writing "Thar she blows!" beside it, in reference to Moby Dick. All in all, one of my favourite memories.
